Paying was mostly fine, I guess. My card went through and I did get the confirmation email after a few minutes, so it worked in the end. The frustrating part was the payment page taking a while to load, because for a moment I wasn’t sure if the payment had actually gone through or if I’d have to do it again. Not a huge problem, but it definitely made the checkout feel a bit more stressful than it needed to be.

"Quick, easy help when my playlist glitched"
I had a little problem where my playlist wasn’t loading properly, and I couldn’t tell if I’d done something wrong or if it was an issue with the site. I reached out to support and they replied quickly. What I liked most is that they fixed it without making it feel like a big hassle, and they explained what had happened in plain, normal language. To me, that’s always a good sign with any service. I’d definitely use My Jukebox again.

I use myjukebox mostly when I’m traveling, and the offline mode is the part I actually remember caring about. The songs I saved kept playing even when my signal was barely hanging on, which is exactly what I needed. I vaguely remember one time it took a little while to sync again after I reconnected, so it’s not flawless, but that’s not really what sticks with me. Mostly, it just makes listening on the road way less annoying

I really like that I can switch my subscription around when I need to. It doesn’t make me feel locked in, which is a relief. The only thing is that some of the details could be explained a bit more clearly, because having to dig around to figure it out is kind of ridiculous.

"Good enough for my playlists"
I mostly use myjukebox.com to make playlists and move songs around, and it’s been easy for that. Adding tracks is simple, and I like being able to drag things into the order I want without thinking too much about it. Sometimes when I rename a playlist, the page takes a second to catch up, which is a little annoying, and I do wish the bulk editing felt less clunky. It’s not quite as smooth as some other music tools I’ve used, but… anyway, it gets the job done. I haven’t had any major issues, so I keep using it.

The phone worked fine for me. I mean, I didn’t run into any weird issues or anything like that, it turned on, did what it was supposed to do, and seemed to function normally. I used it like I normally would for calls, messages, and just general stuff, and everything seemed okay. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but nothing was wrong with it either, so overall I’d say it was a solid experience.

I accidentally ordered the wrong jukebox plan and had to ask for a refund. I was kinda expecting it to be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. I emailed them, got a normal reply quickly, and the money was back in a few days. No weird back and forth or excuses. Happy with how they handled it

I’m honestly 100% convinced My Jukebox has way more music than I expected. I found old favorites, newer tracks, and even random songs I totally forgot existed. The catalogue is huge, and it’s ridiculously easy to fall down a music rabbit hole for way longer than planned.
